Whether you’re a contractor with a large scale project, or a homeowner needing a single window repair, our team will make sure your project runs as smoothly as possible.

Once we receive your enquiry, one of our team members will get in touch with you to obtain all the necessary details of the project, or if required, arrange the quotation appointment at a time convenient to you.

On the quotation visit, that usually lasts around 20-30 minutes for a smaller job to around an hour for larger ones, we discuss the best solutions for your timber windows and take necessary measurements. This will allow you to fully understand the process and discuss other details with our experienced team member.

Once the site inspection is complete and we understand your plans for your windows, we will email you a written quote outlining costs of the project and approximate lead time. We aim for the quote to arrive the next working day, however due to the nature of the business it may take up to 3 working days.

When you’re happy with the quote and decide to go ahead, we discuss the start date. In order to secure the job we will request deposit payable via bank transfer. For bigger jobs, the next payment is due midway through the project and the final one within 3 days of completion. For smaller jobs, we request two payments - the deposit at the start of the job and final payment within 3 days of completion.

Once we’ve received the deposit payment, where necessary, we may require to arrange visit once again to take precise measurements.

We understand that prior to start date you may still have some questions, rest assured our team is available to answer them all and put your mind at ease.

When we first arrive the most important thing to do is to properly protect the property if necessary. In most cases we work in our off site studio, and don't disturb the client's home much at all.

When we are in your home or property, we make sure that our team is respectful and treat your property with the utmost care.

If it is a full restoration job, our team will arrive at the time previously agreed with you to remove the sashes to our off site studio. We replace any removed sashes with a fully sealed temporary panel while your sashes are being restored.

(Our typical working hours are from 08:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, subject to discussion.)

Any power tools that we use are connected to professional vacuums, where necessary, with high end filters to combat the spreading of dust and keep the air quality at the highest standards possible.

Once our team are finished for the day, everything is packed away and they will vacuum up to make sure that everything is clean and tidy and left perfectly as it should be. We also clear away any rubbish.

On completion of the project, we will go through the work carried out and ensure that you’re 100% happy, as customer satisfaction is a priority for our company. You will be then receiving an email with final invoice which we kindly request to settle within 3 days of the completion.
